Pavel Kleisner
Backend-heavy full-stack developer and tech lead focused on system architecture, long-term maintainability, and practical product development.
I like clean systems, calm delivery, and products that solve a narrow problem really well.
What I do
I design and build backend systems that are meant to last. Systems that are understandable, maintainable and resilient even years after the initial implementation.
My primary focus is backend development, but my full-stack background allows me to understand products as a whole — from database design and APIs to frontend needs and user experience.
Selected highlights
Backend & architecture
Clear responsibilities, predictable data flows, and systems that age well.
Pragmatic delivery
Choosing the simplest viable approach, with an eye on long-term costs.
Learning by building
I enjoy experimenting with new ideas and tools, currently including Flame Engine.
